Because the house is delivered in pre-cut, ready-to-assemble components, construction is much easier and faster than conventional building methods. Under ideal conditions, the complete assembly of smaller houses can be finished in as little as six weeks.

Its 1.5-floor design includes a compact loft area, which can be used for additional storage or as a guest room.

The content of the kit can be configured according to your wishes, allowing you to source materials locally to save money on transport.

Every house shipped by Avrame will contain the "Structural Kit".

The "Interior Kit" and "Exterior Kit" can be added to your order and shipped to your construction site in one single delivery.
